Today we are celebrating our 8th anniversary of launching our call centre in Derry / Londonderry, Northern Ireland.
Back in 2004 we first established our international telemarketing and research services in Surrey, starting with 1 agent and 1 desk.
For well over a decade, our Head of Strategic Solutions, Richard Wade, has championed this division to provide the 50-seat capacity we have today.
Side-by-side with our Call Centre Manager, Amanda McDermott, they are “Batman and Robin” on a mission, assisting the largest brands internationally, in addition to helping start-ups and SME’s to become the industry leaders of tomorrow.
